- freight cost to Margaret River region
- additional trims, doorway or joining thresholds
- complex installation labour and material to non-standard surfaces like stairs or walls
- installation of scotia or edging trim
Note: it is necessary to add an additional 5 – 15% of material when planning a flooring installation. This is needed to account for pattern alignments, cuts and waste.
